You fill out the free written assessment. We reply by email. If paid work makes sense, the scope, deliverables, timing, and price are confirmed in writing. An audit can include a working session, which is delivery you paid for. How a build runs, stage by stage.

We build for handoff. You own the systems, prompts, specs, and documentation after payment. Your team is trained to run the workflow without us. The work never becomes a black box only the builder can operate.

No system is failure-proof. Customer-facing work stays behind your approval gate, and production changes wait for your review. If a deliverable materially misses its written scope, tell us within 30 days and we will re-perform the deficient work.

A clear owner for the workflow, access to the smallest useful set of systems and examples, one person who can explain how the work really runs, and timely review at the approval gates. We do not need your whole data estate to fix one process.

The free written assessment comes back by email. Paid work is scoped as an audit, sprint, or month-to-month operating support. Every current price is on the services page, along with what moves a scope, which third-party charges stay yours, and what support covers after handoff.

Then take the report and build it. The audit hands you the workflow map, priorities, and plan. You can take the paid audit and build from it. You do not have to hire us for the build.

The report is not wasted. A recommendation describes work that has not happened yet, and the build is where most of the cost and all of the risk sit. Pick the smallest item on the list, the one where you can name the person whose Tuesday gets better, and build only that.
