FAQ

Straight answers before you hand me a workflow.

No sales script. No polished dodge. Here is how a solo practice handles the obvious risks.

The practical questions

What buyers usually want to know

There is no sales call. How does this actually work?

You fill out the mini assessment. I send a written read within two business days. If paid work makes sense, the scope, deliverables, timing, and price are confirmed in writing. An audit can include a working session, but it is delivery, not a sales pitch.

You are one person. What if you disappear?

I build for handoff. You own the systems, prompts, specs, and documentation after payment. Your team is trained to run the workflow without me. If I am unavailable, the work does not become a black box only I can operate.

Is my data safe?

I minimize what I request, use encrypted systems and limited access, keep client data separate, and do not use your proprietary data to train public models. The full plain-language policy is on the data handling page.

What if the automation breaks or does something wrong?

No system is failure-proof. Customer-facing work stays behind your approval gate, and production changes wait for your review. If a deliverable materially misses its written scope, tell me within 30 days and I will re-perform the deficient work.

What do you actually need from me?

A clear owner for the workflow, access to the smallest useful set of systems and examples, one person who can explain how the work really runs, and timely review at the approval gates. I do not need your whole data estate to fix one process.

How fast is it, and what does it cost?

The free mini assessment comes back within two business days. Paid work ranges from a five-to-seven-business-day audit to a two-to-three-week sprint or month-to-month operating support. Every current price is on the services page.

What if I would rather build it myself?

Then take the report and build it. The audit hands you the workflow map, priorities, and plan. I make nothing on that path, and the recommendation does not change because of it.
