Privacy policy

The short version: form data is used to write you back, basic attribution shows how the request reached the site, and none of it is sold or handed to marketers.

1. Who is responsible

Sudobid is the AI operations consulting practice of Lupo Rosso LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as Sudobid. For anything privacy-related on sudobid.com, Sudobid is responsible and answers directly at hello@sudobid.com.

2. What gets collected

Four things. What you submit through the assessment or contact form. The consent choice and notice version attached to that submission. Basic first-touch attribution attached to a submitted form, including campaign tags in the link, the first page in the session, and the referring page when the browser provides it. And the technical logs any website generates, handled by Cloudflare, which serves this site.

3. What it is used for

To write your assessment, reply to you, follow up about services you asked about, keep an accurate record of consent, and understand which source or page produced the request. Records of who asked for what are kept so the engagement pipeline works. That is the whole list.

4. What never happens to it

Your data is not sold, rented, traded, or added to third-party marketing lists. There are no ad pixels or marketing cookies on this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate; it sets no cookie, builds no profile, does not follow you to other sites, and never sees anything you type into a form. First-touch attribution is held in session storage so a form can carry the page and source that led to the request; it is sent only if you submit a form. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security purposes; that is infrastructure, not tracking.

5. When it is shared at all

We disclose personal information in three cases: to the service providers in Section 10 that supply infrastructure and process information only to provide their service; when a subpoena, court order, or lawful demand requires disclosure, limited to what the law requires; or to a successor if the practice is sold or reorganized, under this same policy.

6. AI processing, disclosed

Form submissions are processed with AI tools to draft the written reply, and a human reads everything before it reaches you. AI providers are used under their business terms, and your submissions are not used to train public AI models.

7. Where it lives and how it is protected

Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States, and working records are kept on systems Sudobid controls. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS), access is limited to the person writing you back, and credentials are managed, not shared. No system is breach-proof; if a breach ever affects your data, you get notified as the law requires.

8. How long it is kept

As long as it is useful for the work: an open thread, an active engagement, or a record the engagement requires. Ask for deletion and it happens, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a specific record, in which case that record is kept only as long as the obligation runs.

9. Your rights

You can ask what data Sudobid holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@sudobid.com and you will get a direct answer. These rights are honored for everyone. If you are in a jurisdiction with privacy legislation (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, or similar), the rights those laws give you are respected, including not being discriminated against for exercising them. You will never need a lawyer to get your own data deleted here.

10. Third parties this site touches

Cloudflare serves the site, stores form submissions, and provides the aggregate page-view analytics described in Section 4. Google Fonts serves the page typefaces, which means your browser requests font files from Google when the page loads. AI providers process submissions as described in Section 6. Email runs on standard email infrastructure. None of them get your form answers for their own marketing use.

11. Visitors outside the United States

This site and its data live in the United States. If you contact Sudobid from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the US, and sending the form is your consent to that transfer.

12. Do Not Track and similar signals

There is nothing to opt out of; the site does not track you across the web in the first place. Browser Do Not Track and opt-out signals change nothing here because no marketing tracking exists to disable.

13. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. No data is knowingly collected from children; if you believe a child submitted the form, email and it gets deleted.

14. Changes

If this policy changes, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top. A material change will be flagged plainly at the top of this page, not buried.
