The short version: the only data collected is what you type into the assessment form, it is used to write you back, and it is never sold or handed to marketers.
Sudobid is the AI operations consulting practice of Lupo Rosso LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating as Sudobid. For anything privacy-related on sudobid.com, Sudobid is responsible and answers directly at hello@sudobid.com.
Three things. What you submit through the assessment form: your name, email, company, company size, and the problem you describe. What you send if you email me. And the basic technical logs any website generates, handled by Cloudflare, which serves this site.
To write your assessment, reply to you, and follow up about services you asked about. Records of who asked for what are kept so the engagement pipeline works. That is the whole list.
Your data is not sold, rented, traded, or added to third-party marketing lists. There are no ad pixels, no analytics trackers, and no marketing cookies on this site. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security purposes; that is infrastructure, not tracking.
Three cases, and only these. Service providers that run the plumbing (Section 10), who process it only to provide their service. Legal compulsion: a subpoena, court order, or lawful demand, in which case only what is legally required is produced. And business succession: if the practice is ever sold or reorganized, records transfer to the successor under this same policy. Nobody else.
Form submissions are processed with AI tools to draft the written reply, and a human reads everything before it reaches you. AI providers are used under their business terms, and your submissions are not used to train public AI models.
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States, and working records are kept on systems Sudobid controls. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS), access is limited to the person writing you back, and credentials are managed, not shared. No system is breach-proof; if a breach ever affects your data, you get notified as the law requires.
As long as it is useful for the work: an open thread, an active engagement, or a record the engagement requires. Ask for deletion and it happens, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a specific record, in which case that record is kept only as long as the obligation runs.
You can ask what data Sudobid holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@sudobid.com and you will get an answer, not a runaround. These rights are honored for everyone, not just where a statute forces it: if you are in a jurisdiction with privacy legislation (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, or similar), the rights those laws give you are respected, including not being discriminated against for exercising them. You will never need a lawyer to get your own data deleted here.
Cloudflare serves the site and stores form submissions. Google Fonts serves the page typefaces, which means your browser requests font files from Google when the page loads. AI providers process submissions as described in Section 6. Email runs on standard email infrastructure. None of them get your form answers for their own marketing use.
This site and its data live in the United States. If you contact Sudobid from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the US, and sending the form is your consent to that transfer.
There is nothing to opt out of; the site does not track you across the web in the first place. Browser Do Not Track and opt-out signals change nothing here because no marketing tracking exists to disable.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. No data is knowingly collected from children; if you believe a child submitted the form, email and it gets deleted.
If this policy changes, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top. A material change will be flagged plainly at the top of this page, not buried.
